Ash Silo Gasification Plate System Overview
Purpose and Features Summary
Gasification devices and gasification chutes, as critical auxiliary components for intermediate silos, ash hoppers, flat-bottom storage bins, and cone-bottom storage bins, are commonly installed at key locations such as the bottom of material storage silos and the sides of ash hoppers. During the discharge process, by introducing heated compressed air, they fluidize powdered or granular materials, significantly enhancing their flow characteristics to ensure smooth and uninterrupted discharge, effectively preventing material bridging or arching.
The core components of the gasification plate include silicon carbide gasification plates, rubber sealing rings, and metal casings. During operation, heated compressed air is introduced through the connection at the bottom of the gasification plate assembly and evenly permeates the material layer through the gasification plate, loosening the material inside the silo or hopper to achieve full fluidization. This prevents "arching" or "bridging" of materials within the silo, significantly improving material flowability and ensuring continuous, stable, and safe production operations.
The chute body is manufactured using a one-time molding process with precision compression molding. Both the tank body and its connections are ensured to be well-sealed with no air leakage, and the design is elegant and aesthetically pleasing. Before assembly, precise shaping adjustments are made to eliminate welding deformation and internal stress, ensuring a smooth and flat bottom surface and flange connection surfaces.
The gasification plate not only offers excellent air permeability but also boasts outstanding wear resistance. The chute surface is treated with acid pickling and galvanization, providing superior oxidation resistance and rust prevention. The assembly between the gasification plate and the tank shell uses high-temperature resistant sealant to ensure structural stability and durability.
In design and configuration, we strictly adhere to the following guidelines:
(1) Precisely determine the number of required end cover plates based on the design length L.
(2) Scientifically plan the arrangement and combination of bottom chutes in the silo according to the design length L.
(3) Additionally, we can provide customized devices such as various gasification chutes and gasification tanks (including circular ones) based on user-specific requirements.
