High Temperature Control Valve Product Overview

Our company's GWZRHP electric high-temperature control valve features tight closure, compact structure, lightweight design, and easy maintenance. It consists of an intelligent integrated actuator and a low-flow resistance control valve body. The electric high-temperature control valve is equipped with a 3810 series (or PSL series) electric actuator and a compact control valve body, incorporating servo functionality. It accepts a unified standard signal of 4-20mA or 1-5V·DC, converting the current signal into corresponding linear displacement to automatically control the valve opening, thereby continuously regulating process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level of the fluid in the pipeline. The regulating mechanism of the electric high-temperature control valve adopts a balanced valve plug structure, ensuring good valve stability, minimal vibration, low noise, low sensitivity to temperature, and suitability for applications with limited allowable pressure difference and high temperature. The electric high-temperature control valve is widely used in scenarios requiring high flow, high temperature, and where strict leakage standards are not critical. It is extensively applied in pipeline automation control for gases, liquids, steam, oil, and other corrosive media.
