The ZSHO pneumatic shut-off ball valve consists of an imported pneumatic actuator and a high-quality ball valve, belonging to the category of pneumatic on-off ball valves. It features excellent sealing performance, high flow capacity, simple structure, long service life, and ease of maintenance. The actuator paired with the pneumatic shut-off ball valve is characterized by its simple and compact structure, outstanding performance, and high output torque. The pneumatic on-off ball valve can be equipped with travel limit switches, solenoid valves, pressure reducing valves, and a 0.4-0.7MPa air source to enable switching operations, while providing two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the valve's open or closed status. The actuator is available in both single-acting and double-acting models. The advantage of the single-acting type is that, in the event of a power source failure, the pneumatic on-off ball valve will automatically revert to the open or closed position as required by the control system. Pneumatic shut-off ball valves are widely used in industrial fields such as chemical, petroleum, light textile, power, food and pharmaceutical, refrigeration, aviation, aerospace, and papermaking. They are capable of controlling not only gas, liquid, and steam media but are also suitable for handling sewage and media containing fibrous substances.

(1) Low fluid resistance: Ball valves have the lowest fluid resistance among valve types. Even reduced-bore ball valves exhibit relatively low fluid resistance.
(2) Thrust bearing reduces the friction torque of the valve stem, ensuring smooth and flexible long-term operation.
(3) Excellent seat sealing performance: Sealing rings made of elastic materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) facilitate easy sealing, and the valve's sealing capability improves with increasing medium pressure.
(4) Reliable stem sealing: Since the valve stem only rotates without lifting, the stem packing seal is less prone to damage, and its sealing ability enhances with rising medium pressure.
