Electric High-Pressure Control Valve Product Overview
The company's GYZRHM electric high-pressure control valve is composed of PSL series or 3810L series linear electric actuators and a high-pressure control valve body. The electric high-pressure cage control valve is developed to address severe issues such as short lifespan, easy breakage of the valve stem, and frequent detachment of the bushing under harsh conditions like high pressure or high differential pressure, severe cavitation, and erosion. The electric high-pressure control valve uses a cage throttling design to distribute the pressure differential, reducing cavitation, erosion, and turbulence damage, significantly extending the valve's service life. Particularly in urea systems, its lifespan is 2-3 times longer than that of ordinary high-pressure valves. The electric actuator features an integrated structure with a built-in servo amplifier. By inputting a control signal (4–20mA DC or 1–5V DC) and power supply, the valve opening can be controlled to regulate process parameters such as pressure, flow, level, and temperature. The valve body is a straight-through type with a single-guided valve plug. The flow path is simple with low resistance, making it especially suitable for regulating high-viscosity fluids containing suspended solids and granular media, preventing coking, adhesion, and clogging. The electric high-pressure control valve offers sensitive operation, simple wiring, high flow capacity, compact size, and high regulation accuracy.
