Pneumatic Four-Way Ball Valve Product Overview

The Q646F pneumatic four-way ball valve produced by GEROYAL uses braided packing, flexible graphite sealing rings, or PTFE sealing rings to ensure reliable sealing of the valve stem under proper lubrication. As needed, the ball valve can be designed with an anti-static structure, incorporating conductive springs between the ball and the valve stem, and between the valve stem and the valve body, to prevent static sparks from igniting flammable substances and ensure system safety. The sealing pair comes in various forms. Depending on the working conditions, soft sealing, hard sealing, or fire-safe valve seat structures can be selected. For sizes below DN150, the floating ball design is used, while for sizes below DN200, the fixed ball design is adopted. An auxiliary sealing structure can be added at the valve seat, and grease injection valves can be installed at the valve seat and valve stem to provide temporary sealing in emergencies. Additionally, the valve stem can be extended as needed for buried pipeline applications.
