Electric Insulated Control Valve Product Overview
The BWZRHP electric insulated control valve from our company is suitable for applications requiring insulation. When the crystallization temperature of the process medium is lower than the ambient temperature, or when the fluid temperature decreases, causing an increase in viscosity or solidification of the fluid, a steam insulation jacket device is added to the valve body and upper bonnet to ensure the process medium meets the requirements of process control. The electric insulated control valve features a top-guided structure, compact design, and an S-shaped streamlined flow path, resulting in low pressure drop loss, high flow capacity, a wide adjustable range, and high accuracy in flow characteristics, complying with the IEC534-2-1976 standard. The electric insulated control valve is equipped with a 3810 series (PSL series) electronic electric actuator and a low flow resistance control valve body. The electric actuator is an integrated structure with a built-in servo amplifier. By inputting a control signal (4-20mA DC or 1-5V DC) and power supply, the valve opening can be controlled to regulate process parameters such as pressure, flow, level, and temperature. The leakage of the electric insulated control valve complies with the ANSI B16.104 standard.
