High Platform Electric Ball Valve Product Overview

The high platform electric ball valve produced by GEROYAL is mainly used to cut off or connect the medium in pipelines, and can also be used for fluid regulation and control. Compared with other types of valves, the high platform electric ball valve has the following advantages:
1. Low fluid resistance—ball valves have the least fluid resistance among valve types. Even reduced-diameter ball valves exhibit very low fluid resistance.
2. The thrust bearing reduces the friction torque of the valve stem, ensuring long-term smooth and flexible operation.
3. Excellent seat sealing performance. Sealing rings made of elastic materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) facilitate effective sealing, and the valve’s sealing capacity increases with higher medium pressure.
4. Reliable stem sealing. Since the valve stem only rotates and does not move up and down, the stem packing seal is less prone to damage, and its sealing ability improves as medium pressure rises.
5. Due to the good self-lubricating properties of materials like PTFE, friction loss with the ball is minimal, resulting in a long service life for the ball valve.
6. The bottom-mounted stem and the step at the stem head prevent the stem from being ejected. In case of fire damaging the stem seal, the step can also form metal-to-metal contact with the valve body, ensuring stem sealing.
7. Anti-static function: Springs installed between the ball, stem, and valve body can discharge static electricity generated during the switching process.
