Electric High Pressure Control Valve Product Overview
The GYZRHM Electric High Pressure Control Valve from our company consists of a PSL series or 3810L series linear electric actuator and a high-pressure control valve body. The electric high-pressure cage control valve is developed to address the severe issues of short lifespan, easy stem breakage, and bushing detachment under harsh conditions such as high pressure or high differential pressure, severe cavitation, and erosion. The electric high-pressure control valve uses a cage throttling form to distribute the pressure difference, reducing cavitation, erosion, and turbulence damage, significantly extending the service life of the control valve. Especially in urea systems, its lifespan is 2-3 times longer than that of ordinary high-pressure valves. The electric actuator is an integrated structure with a built-in servo amplifier. By inputting a control signal (4-20mA DC or 1-5V DC) and power supply, the valve opening can be controlled to regulate process parameters such as pressure, flow, level, and temperature. The valve body is a straight-through type, and the valve plug is a single-guided structure. The flow path of the valve body is simple with low resistance, making it particularly suitable for regulating high-viscosity fluids containing suspended solids and granular media, avoiding coking, adhesion, and clogging. The electric high-pressure control valve features sensitive action, simple wiring, large flow capacity, compact size, and high regulation accuracy.
