The three-piece electric flange ball valve produced by GEROYAL is a relatively new type of ball valve. The valve body is cast using advanced technology, featuring a rational structure and an aesthetically pleasing design. The valve seat employs an elastic sealing structure, ensuring reliable sealing and easy opening and closing. The valve stem adopts a bottom-mounted structure with reverse sealing, preventing it from being ejected in case of abnormal pressure buildup in the valve cavity. The three-piece electric flange ball valve is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, and urban water supply and drainage, where strict shut-off is required. Drive methods: manual, electric, and pneumatic, with a 90° switch positioning mechanism that can be locked to prevent misoperation if needed.
The three-piece electric flange ball valve is suitable for pipelines with PN1.0–4.0MPa and operating temperatures of -29–180°C (sealing ring made of reinforced PTFE) or -29–300°C (sealing ring made of para-polybenzene), used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. By selecting different materials, it can be applied to various media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, and acetic acid.
