Electric Cryogenic Control Valve Product Overview
The company's DWZRHP electric cryogenic control valve is composed of an imported electric actuator and an ultra-low temperature control valve body. The actuator includes servo functionality, accepts a unified 4-20mA or 1-5V·DC standard signal, converts the current signal into corresponding linear displacement, automatically controls the opening of the control valve, and achieves continuous adjustment of process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level of the fluid in the pipeline. The electric cryogenic control valve is suitable for operation at temperatures below 0 to -196°C. It consists of an electric actuator and a valve body with an extended neck. The extended neck serves to keep the valve stem seal operating near ambient temperature and reduces the ingress of external heat. To minimize heat transfer, the extended neck adopts a thin-walled structure.
