Electric High Pressure Ball Valve Product Overview
Our company's electric high pressure ball valve consists of a forged steel high pressure valve body and an electronic angular stroke electric actuator. The electric actuator adopts an integrated structure, which can directly perform on/off adjustment with a 220V power input. It can also be equipped with a built-in servo module, allowing operation to be controlled by inputting a control signal (4~20mA DC or 1~5V DC) and a single-phase power supply. The main components of the electric high pressure ball valve are forged by professional manufacturers, overcoming the potential defects of cast steel valves and maintaining structural pressure resistance uniformity under higher working pressures. Applicable media: non-corrosive media such as water, oil, and gas, as well as corrosive media like acids and alkalis. The electric high pressure ball valve is widely used in industries such as chemical, petroleum, natural gas, metallurgy, and in long-distance natural gas pipelines containing hydrogen sulfide media, numerous impurities, and severe corrosion. The main features of the electric high pressure ball valve are as follows:
The three-piece forged steel fixed ball valve divides the valve body into three parts along a section perpendicular to the valve channel axis at the two valve seat positions. The entire valve is symmetrical along the center axis of the valve stem. It is primarily used in pipelines to cut off, distribute, and change the direction of media flow. Its large pivot structure ensures accurate ball center positioning under high pressure, guaranteeing excellent operational performance. The standard valve seat uses a spring structure to push the seat against the ball, ensuring good bidirectional sealing performance at both the inlet and outlet. The built-in discharge valve allows the middle cavity of the valve body to be discharged externally. The pivot adopts an anti-blowout protection structure, effectively preventing leakage. Bearings with a low friction coefficient reduce torque to a minimum, facilitating valve opening and closing. Effective contact between the valve stem and the valve body ensures good performance of the anti-static grounding device. It offers advantages such as excellent performance, high reliability, wide application, and reasonable price.
