Pneumatic Insulated Control Valve

The valve core of our company's BWZJHP pneumatic insulated control valve adopts an upper guiding structure. The valve is compact in design and features an S-shaped streamlined flow path, resulting in minimal pressure drop loss, high flow capacity, a wide adjustable range, and high accuracy in flow characteristics, complying with the IEC534 standard. The pneumatic insulated control valve is suitable for applications requiring insulation. When the crystallization temperature of the process medium is lower than the ambient temperature, or when the fluid temperature decreases, causing an increase in viscosity or solidification, a steam insulation jacket is added to the valve body and upper bonnet to ensure the process continues as required. The leakage of the pneumatic insulated control valve complies with the ANSI B16.104 standard. The valve is equipped with a multi-spring diaphragm actuator, which is compact in structure and provides high output force. The product conforms to GB/T4213-92.
