Our company produces pneumatic high pressure ball valves in three types: pneumatic high pressure flange ball valves, pneumatic welded high pressure ball valves, and pneumatic high pressure internal thread ball valves. Powered by compressed air, the valve stem drives the valve core to rotate 90° within the valve body, achieving full open to full close operation. They can be intelligently controlled and positioned, paired with an electric valve positioner. By inputting a 4-20mA DC signal and a 0.4–0.7MPa air source, the valve can be operated to regulate parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level. Pneumatic high pressure ball valves are categorized by sealing performance into metal seal and soft seal types. They feature compact structure, small size, reliable operation, excellent sealing, easy maintenance, simple installation, and strong adaptability. These valves are particularly suitable for media that are viscous, contain particles, or have fibrous properties. They are widely used in industrial automation control systems in petroleum, chemical, educational equipment, light industry, high pressure equipment, pharmaceutical, papermaking, and other sectors for remote centralized control or local control.
