The Q941H electric hard seal ball valve from our company is suitable for applications requiring two-position shut-off and regulation. The ball valve is directly connected to the actuator. The electric metal seal ball valve is primarily used in working conditions with temperatures exceeding 250 degrees Celsius. It mainly comes in two sealing structures: unidirectional sealing and bidirectional sealing. Unidirectional sealing: can only seal in the specified direction, i.e., the sealing direction indicated on the ball valve. Bidirectional sealing: can seal in both directions. The structural forms of the electric hard seal ball valve include floating ball type and fixed ball type. Connection methods include flange connection, welded connection, and threaded connection. The electric actuator has a built-in servo system and does not require an additional servo amplifier; it can be controlled by inputting a 4-20mA signal and 220VAC/380V power supply. The electric hard seal ball valve offers advantages such as simple wiring, compact structure, small size, light weight, low resistance, and stable and reliable operation.
