Electric Double-Seat Control Valve Product Overview

Our company's ZDHN electric double-seat control valve adopts a double-guided structure, featuring compact design, light weight, sensitive operation, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics, and easy disassembly and assembly. The electric double-seat control valve consists of our independently developed double-seat valve body and a linear electric actuator. The electric actuator equipped with the electric double-seat control valve includes a servo amplifier, which accepts a unified standard signal of 4-20mA or 1-5V·DC, converts the current signal into corresponding linear displacement, automatically controls the opening of the control valve, and continuously regulates process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level of the fluid in the pipeline. The electric double-seat control valve is widely used for precise control of gases, liquids, steam, and other media, especially suitable for applications with large pressure differences and where strict leakage requirements are not critical for clean media.
