Electric High Vacuum Ball Valve Product Overview
The GUQ Electric High Vacuum Ball Valve is a pneumatic valve used in vacuum systems ranging from 1.3×10⁻⁷ to 6×10⁵ Pa to open or block airflow. It is widely applicable to various gases, liquids, and other positive and negative pressure pipeline systems. The electric high vacuum ball valve complies with GMP standards.
The main features of the electric high vacuum ball valve are as follows:
1. The sealing structure is reasonably designed, with a leakage rate of <1×10⁻¹⁰ Pa·M³/S, overcoming the limitation of ball valves not meeting high and ultra-high vacuum requirements;
2. Low switching torque, compact electric actuator, stable and reliable operation;
3. Compact structure, lightweight, simple and aesthetically pleasing appearance;
4. The electric vacuum ball valve is suitable for both high vacuum and certain positive pressure applications. Due to its full conductance and ability to meet ultra-high vacuum requirements, it is also suitable for accelerator vacuum systems.
