Demolding Agent 92-1

92-1 Release Agent is a new product recently developed by our company, with quality reaching international standards of similar products. It offers excellent release and anti-adhesion properties, making it suitable for rapid and continuous production separation operations in plastic processing and molding. It is particularly advantageous in highly automated processes and for molds with complex configurations. Its low viscosity ensures good flow and film-forming characteristics, along with high application temperature, excellent surface gloss of plastic products, non-toxicity, low usage, and no damage to mold components. It is especially suitable for the APG (Automatic Pressure Gelation) processing and molding of large epoxy plastic components. Due to its spray-based film-forming method, it provides effective release and anti-adhesion, saving both time and effort, and is exceptionally convenient to use. It is an excellent multiple-use high-efficiency release agent, and its successful development is a boon for epoxy injection molding and plastic processing.

5. Storage Period: One year at room temperature
6. Toxicity Level: Classified as low toxicity, similar to coatings and paints (Category 4)
Application Range:
This product is suitable for use within a temperature range of 100–200°C and is an ideal release agent for epoxy resin pressure injection molding processes. It is widely used in thermoplastic and thermosetting plastic molding processes for release purposes.
