Main Applications:
Acidity regulator, chelating agent, antioxidant synergist, and composite leavening agent. Used in the production of tartrates, as a pH stabilizer in electroplating and blueprinting, as an acidulant in the food industry, primarily as a complexing agent in industrial applications, also used in pharmaceuticals as an experimental reagent, masking agent, and beer foaming agent, as well as in the tanning industry.
