Heat transfer oil hot plates (heat transfer oil press machines) during normal operation, as the heat transfer medium (heat transfer oil) is used over an extended period, it undergoes a series of physical and chemical changes, such as increased viscosity, residual carbon, acid value, etc. A large amount of fouling, such as coking and carbonization, accumulates inside the system, which to some extent affects the normal operation of the system, resulting in reduced flow, insufficient heating temperature, and certain impacts on production equipment. For example, uneven heating of the hot plates may render them unusable. Therefore, it is necessary to use effective cleaning methods to remove fouling such as coking and carbonization from the inner walls of the heat transfer oil press machine, ensuring uniform temperature distribution.

After years of effort, Jiangsu JIT has developed a heat transfer oil cleaner product specifically for cleaning heat transfer oil press machines (heat transfer oil hot press machines) based on their actual operating conditions—JIT-Q8212 Heat Transfer Oil Carbon Deposit Cleaner.
JIT-Q8212 Heat Transfer Oil Carbon Deposit Cleaner is a specialized chemical agent designed to effectively remove oil coking fouling and carbonized deposits that form in systems using various grades of heat transfer oil as the heat carrier after prolonged use. Through strong penetration, stripping, and dissolving actions, it loosens and dissolves oil fouling and other mineral deposits, suspending them in the chemical solution for discharge. It effectively addresses uneven heat transfer in hot plates, and can simultaneously remove carbonized substances and coking particles mixed in the fouling. It ensures a descaling rate of over 98.7%, with no corrosion or adverse effects on equipment during cleaning, and is safe for humans.

Scope of Application:
Removal of oil fouling and carbon deposits in thermal oil heaters, pipelines, and heat transfer oil systems.
Usage Method:
1、Drain the remaining heat transfer oil from the system.

2、Connect the press machine to an external circulation pump and circulation tank to form a circulation system.
2、After adding JIT-Q8212 Heat Transfer Oil Carbon Deposit Cleaner to the circulation tank, circulate and clean for 2-4 hours, then drain the waste cleaning solution. If the carbon deposit layer exceeds 4-5 mm, appropriately extend the soaking and circulation cleaning time to 4-6 hours. Note: When draining, ensure the system maintains some pressure to allow dislodged carbon deposits to be discharged smoothly and avoid clogging the pipelines.
3、After cleaning with JIT-Q8212 Heat Transfer Oil Carbon Deposit Cleaner, no rinsing with water is required. Once the surface is dry, directly add heat transfer oil and start the machine for operation.
Precautions:
1、This product has strong degreasing properties; please wear rubber gloves during prolonged use. If it accidentally splashes on the skin, rinse with clean water.
2、This product is volatile; please ensure ventilation during use. Keep sealed during storage.

3、Standard packaging: 25 kg/plastic drum, 200 kg/iron drum; also available in 5 kg/iron drum (sample testing quantity) packaging.
