Sinter return fines binder with low powdering rate

Efficient Consolidation of Return Fines Waste Specifically designed for sintering return fines (particle size ≤5mm), dust, steel slag, and other iron-containing waste materials. The pelletizing rate can reach 90%-98%, with wet pellets remaining intact after a 2-meter drop and dry pellet strength reaching 60-80 kg per pellet. The addition amount is only 1.5‰-3%, significantly reducing raw material loss and transportation breakage rate.
