Performance Features

Utilizing the elastic properties of the rubber body, it automatically adjusts the contact pressure between the cleaner blade and the conveyor belt. The cushioning effect of the rubber body ensures that the force between the blade and the running rubber belt remains within an appropriate range, allowing for thorough cleaning without damaging the belt. The product uses highly wear-resistant special hard alloy blades, combined with excellent overall mechanical performance, extending the product's service life. The compact design and rational configuration make the product lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to operate. The interchangeability and adjustability of spare parts facilitate installation, debugging, replacement, and maintenance.

P-Type Cleaner Installation and Debugging

1.The complete product is packaged in a wooden box with an instruction manual and all components included. According to the instructions and diagram dimensions, first fix the adjustment frame in front of and below the tail pulley of the conveyor. Mount the bearing seat on the adjustment frame, then install and secure the cleaner shaft on the bearing seat.
2. Rotate the cleaner left and right and adjust the bearing seat to slightly shift the entire unit, achieving the optimal contact angle between the cleaner blade and the conveyor belt. Gradually tighten until the adjustment pressure is between 4-6kg. Adjust accordingly if production or environmental conditions change.
