The belt cleaner has a robust structure, capable of withstanding harsh applications such as high-speed belts and high-tonnage loads.
With the patented rubber buffer device, it maintains the original cleaning pressure even during deflection, allowing smooth passage of buckles.
Blade replacement is very simple: remove the pin, slide out the blade, replace the blade, and reassemble.
The compact secondary belt cleaner design allows installation in narrow spaces; the slender profile prevents material buildup. The rubber buffer device is not damaged even when the belt runs in reverse.

For belts with clips and reversible belts, tungsten carbide or polyurethane acid-resistant blades are available.Single-side tensioning is also available
