ATL-XQ-Ⅱ Series Passive Roller Brush Sweeper

ATL-XQ-Ⅱ series passive roller brush cleaner features a simple structure. It operates through friction between the passive roller and the belt, requiring no power supply or control devices, thus saving materials. The rotation direction of the cleaning roller brush is opposite to the movement direction of the return belt, effectively flicking off adhered materials on the lower surface of the return belt to achieve perfect cleaning.
Applicable range of the roller brush cleaner:
1. Suitable belt width: 650–1400 (mm)
2. Material humidity: ≤5%
3. Suitable for various belt speeds
4. Applicable to patterned belts and flat belts
