The belt cleaner has a robust structure capable of withstanding harsh applications, such as high-speed belts and high-tonnage loads.

With the patented rubber buffer device, it maintains the original cleaning pressure even during deflection, allowing buckles to pass through smoothly.

Blade replacement is very simple: remove the pin, slide out the blade, replace the blade, and reassemble.

The compact secondary belt cleaner design allows it to be installed in narrow spaces; the slender profile prevents material buildup. The rubber buffer device remains undamaged even when the belt runs in reverse.

Martin Engineering Secondary Alloy Cleaner is suitable for medium and heavy-duty applications with belt widths ranging from 18 to 96 inches (approximately 400 to 2400 mm) and belt speeds up to 1000 fpm (5.1 m/s).

Tungsten carbide or polyurethane acid-resistant blades are available for belts with clips and reversible belts. Single-side tensioning is also provided.
