Description:

This product is made of PU material, featuring high wear resistance, high aging resistance, high solvent resistance, and a long service life. Its Shore hardness is: 45A-90A. The PU scraper is used to remove adhered ash powder and powdered materials from coal chemical conveyor belts, such as coal transportation, fertilizer transportation, sand and gravel transportation, etc. Applications: Widely used in industries such as power, mining, coal, conveying machinery, and cleaning.

It is characterized by ultra-wear-resistant polyurethane composite material, with a service life twice that of ordinary polyurethane. It has excellent wear resistance, with a service life five times that of general rubber and plastic products, and can be customized according to customer drawings.  Our PU scrapers are all made by casting, and various types of products are easy to install, maintain, and debug, do not damage the belt, do not hold materials, do not stick materials, have good cleaning effects, good toughness, good straightness, and high wear resistance.
