Polyurethane buffer

The polyurethane buffer utilizes the microcellular bubble structure of polyurethane material to absorb energy and provide cushioning. During impact, it functions like a spring with multiple airbag dampers.

1. Polyurethane buffers are available in three series, categorized by connection method: stud type (JHQ-A), pressure plate type (JHQ-B), and flange type (JHQ-C). Each series offers dozens of specifications corresponding to different buffer capacities for customer selection. Non-standard models can be custom-designed and manufactured.

3. Polyurethane Buffer Performance and Characteristics

Lightweight, easy installation, maintenance-free, excellent buffering effect, impact resistance, good compressive performance, no noise or sparks during buffering, explosion-proof, safe, reliable, and stable. It has become the standard buffer in the crane and elevator industry.

1. Polyurethane Buffer Usage Specifications

A. Regular inspection (at least once per collection);

B. Avoid use in low temperature (below -40°C) or high temperature (above 80°C) and high humidity (above 85%) environmental conditions;

C. Should not be used in strong acid or strong alkaline environmental conditions;

D. When installing or replacing buffers, refer to the user manual and diagrams;

E. Buffers installed on cranes should have the colliding object aligned with the buffer center in the direction of motion, and the end face should be vertical, not tilted;

F. When buffers are configured for buffering collisions, use buffers of the same diameter, and their longitudinal length should be as consistent as possible;

G. During installation, buffers should have sufficient surrounding space to avoid collisions or compression accidents with other components;

H. Store buffers at room temperature, in a ventilated and dry place;

I. If cracking or peeling is observed in the polyurethane, replace it promptly.
