Description:

This product is made of PU material, featuring high wear resistance, high aging resistance, high solvent resistance, and a long service life. Its Shore hardness is: 45A-90A. PU blades are used to scrape off adhered ash powder and powdered materials on coal chemical conveyor belts, such as coal transportation, fertilizer transportation, sand and gravel transportation, etc. Applications: Widely used in industries such as power, mining, coal, conveying machinery, and cleaning.

Features: Super wear-resistant polyurethane composite material, with a service life twice that of ordinary polyurethane. Excellent wear resistance, with a service life five times that of general rubber and plastic products. Can be customized according to customer drawings.  Our PU blades are all cast-formed, with various types of products featuring easy installation, maintenance, and debugging, no damage to the belt, no material retention, no material adhesion, good cleaning effect, good toughness, good straightness, and high wear resistance.
