1. Working Principle and Features
The DYTLX type electro-hydraulic automatic balanced plow discharger uses an electro-hydraulic push rod as the power source. The push rod drives the extension rod to lower the plow head, and through a linkage mechanism, the lifting idler set is simultaneously raised. The lower edge of the plow head fits tightly with the conveyor belt surface, allowing materials on the belt to be discharged into the desired location. After discharging, the drive rod retracts, lifting the plow head, while the lifting idler set lowers via the linkage mechanism, allowing materials to pass smoothly. The product features are as follows:
a. Most of the structure adopts mechanical connections, especially the linkage mechanism, which relatively reduces friction and extends the service life (can last 5-10 years without replacement);
b. Using an electro-hydraulic push rod as the power source overcomes the shortcomings of electric push rods, such as poor overload capacity, susceptibility to motor burnout, and screw bending;
c. The plow plate of the main plow head and the flap of the airlock hopper are made of high-chromium manganese wear-resistant material, while the small plow head is made of wear-resistant rubber plate, significantly reducing maintenance workload and thus saving costs.
The YATLLC type automatic dust removal and discharging device (heavy-duty discharge car) is designed based on the digestion and absorption of advanced domestic and international technologies and experience. It is widely applicable in industries such as metallurgy, mining, power, coal, building materials, and refractory materials. Its main structural features are:
1. The main transmission device adopts a YEJ-type built-in motor and worm gear reducer, forming a transmission mechanism that is simple in structure, highly efficient, easy to adjust, and operates smoothly.
2. The use of a safe sliding line power supply device ensures reliable power supply without being limited by transportation distance.
3. The overall layout of the discharger is reasonable, with high wheel pressure on the main drive wheel, eliminating slippage during startup. It runs smoothly, stops accurately and reliably, and does not shift due to high belt tension. If necessary, it can operate with materials in the direction of or against the belt movement.
4. The redirecting drum adopts a high-strength type capable of withstanding significant belt tension.
5. The frame structure is reasonable, with good strength and rigidity.
6. The hopper chute is lined with wear-resistant lining plates, ensuring a long service life.
7. For through-plant discharge ports, a belt-sealed bin opening method is used, while for fixed-point discharge ports, a dust-proof cover seal is employed, effectively reducing dust pollution. Combined with dust extraction from the silo, the effect is even better.
8. The manual centralized dry oil lubrication device ensures reliable and convenient lubrication, extends equipment life, and simplifies maintenance and inspection.
