DYTN Electro-Hydraulic Variable Trough Angle Discharger

The DYTN electro-hydraulic variable trough angle discharger is installed on the intermediate frame of a belt conveyor. It evenly and continuously discharges materials conveyed by the belt into hoppers or required locations as an auxiliary machine for belt conveying. Based on the old-style discharger, this model adds variable trough angle rollers. The plow blade is made of wear-resistant and low-friction polyurethane polymer material, and it uses an electro-hydraulic push cylinder as the power source. It overcomes the shortcomings of the old-style discharger, such as incomplete material discharge, belt scratching, poor overload capacity of the electric push rod, frequent motor burnout, bent screw rods, and mechanical fragility. It is currently one of the most advanced dischargers in China. Main features:
1. Discharging state: The plow blade descends, the middle flat support roller group rises, and the end trough idlers become flat idlers.
2. Non-discharging state: The plow blade is raised, the middle flat support roller group descends, and the end idlers return to the trough shape, allowing materials to pass normally. 3. This product features advanced design, compact structure, and simple operation. The lifting and lowering of the plow head are achieved through forward and reverse motor rotation, ensuring sensitive action.
4. Using an electro-hydraulic push cylinder as the power source overcomes the shortcomings of electric push rods, such as motor burnout and jamming, making the discharger more reliable and complete.
