DYT(B), XDG(B) Series Electro-Hydraulic Push Rods
Overview:
The DYT(B) and XDG(B) series electro-hydraulic push rods (referred to as electro-hydraulic push rods) are suitable for reciprocating linear (or reciprocating rotation at a certain angle) motion. They can be used in places where lifting, lowering, or clamping workpieces is required, as well as in remote and high-altitude hazardous areas. They can also be connected to a computer network for centralized (program) control. They are now widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, coal, power, machinery, grain, cement, chemical, water conservancy, and transportation, and are an indispensable universal power source.
Principle and Function:
1. Working Principle: The electro-hydraulic push rod uses an electric motor as the power source. Through the forward (reverse) rotation of the motor, hydraulic oil is output through a bidirectional gear pump, sent via the oil circuit integrated block to the working cylinder, achieving reciprocating motion of the piston rod.
2. Overload Automatic Protection Function: When the electro-hydraulic push rod is working, if the external force on the piston rod exceeds the rated output force or the piston has reached the end point, and the motor is still running, the oil pressure in the circuit increases to the set pressure. The relief valve quickly and accurately relieves the pressure, achieving automatic overload protection. Although the motor is running, it will not burn out.
3. Self-locking Function: The oil circuit integrated block of the electro-hydraulic push rod is designed with a pressure self-locking mechanism. When the motor stops, the piston rod immediately stops at a certain position, and the pressure oil remains in a pressure-maintaining state.
4. According to user requirements, the speed can be steplessly adjusted within the rated speed range.
5. According to user requirements, the push and pull force can be steplessly adjusted within the rated output force range.
6. According to user requirements, the stroke can be steplessly adjusted within the rated stroke range.
Comparison with Similar Products:
Compared with electric push rods, electric actuators, hydraulic cylinders, and pneumatic cylinders, the electro-hydraulic push rod has the following advantages:
1. It has reliable automatic overload protection performance. Even when overloaded or running to the end of the stroke, the motor continues to operate normally without burning out or damaging other components. Electric push rods and electric actuators cannot compare.
2. The electro-hydraulic push rod can start under load, while electric push rods and electric actuators have difficulty doing so.
3. The same electro-hydraulic push rod can steplessly adjust its push and pull force within the rated range, so it has a wide driving force range. Electric push rods and pneumatic cylinders cannot achieve this.
4. With the same thrust and speed, the electro-hydraulic push rod consumes half the electricity of electric push rods and electric actuators. 5. The electro-hydraulic push rod uses full hydraulic transmission, with sensitive action and smooth operation. It can effectively cushion external impact forces and has accurate stroke control. Pneumatic cylinders, electric push rods, and electric actuators cannot achieve this.
6. The electro-hydraulic push rod adopts a fully enclosed integrated mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic structure. The working oil circuit circulates in a pressureless enclosed steel cylinder, with a small volume and no oil leakage, making it easy to install and maintain. In harsh environments, it does not absorb dust, water, or rust internally, and has a longer service life than pneumatic cylinders, electric push rods, and electric actuators.
7. Low investment. Pneumatic cylinders require expensive air compressor stations, and air pressure pipelines are prone to leakage, with unstable air pressure and high noise. Hydraulic cylinders require hydraulic stations, while the electro-hydraulic push rod only needs to be connected to a power source to operate.
8. Easy maintenance. In special cases, the electro-hydraulic push rod only needs to be replaced, while hydraulic cylinders require slowly identifying the cause of the failure and then carefully repairing, which affects the normal operation of all work.
Model Description
The electro-hydraulic push rod is mainly composed of six basic elements: the type of push rod, the motor's protection level, rated output force, stroke, rated speed, and usage angle. According to user special requirements, it can also be equipped with three adjustment functions: speed adjustment, push and pull force adjustment, and stroke adjustment (stroke switch positioning). Except for the three adjustment functions that must be specified in writing when ordering, please carefully fill in the six basic elements according to the model compilation method.
The following takes the "DYTZB1000-500/110-X electro-hydraulic push rod" as an example to explain how to select the model and the model compilation method. How to select the model: A certain location requires an integrated straight-type electro-hydraulic push rod, with an explosion-proof motor, maximum thrust of 10KN, stroke of 500mm, maximum speed of 110mm/s, and usage angle pushing downward.
