Electric hydraulic push rod, also known as electric hydraulic actuator, is suitable for reciprocating linear (or reciprocating rotation at a certain angle) motion. It can be used in places for lifting, lowering, or clamping workpieces, as well as in remote and high-altitude hazardous areas, and can be connected to a computer network for centralized (programmed) control. It is now widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, power, machinery, grain, cement, chemical, water conservancy, transportation, and other sectors, serving as an indispensable universal power source. Working principle:
The electric hydraulic push rod uses an electric motor as the power source. Through the forward (reverse) rotation of the motor, hydraulic oil is output by a bidirectional gear pump, delivered through the oil circuit integrated block to the working cylinder, achieving the reciprocating motion of the piston rod. Advantages:
1. Automatic overload protection: During operation, if the external force on the piston rod exceeds the rated output force or the piston reaches the end point while the motor is still running, the oil pressure in the circuit increases to the set pressure, and the relief valve quickly and accurately relieves the pressure, achieving automatic overload protection. Although the motor continues to run, it will not burn out. 2. Self-locking function: The oil circuit integrated block of the electric hydraulic push rod is designed with a pressure self-locking mechanism. When the motor stops, the piston rod immediately stays in a certain position, and the pressure oil remains in a pressure-maintaining state. 3. Stepless adjustment: According to user requirements, stepless adjustment can be performed within the rated speed, output force, and stroke range.
Configuration description: The electric hydraulic push rod is mainly composed of six basic elements: the type of push rod, motor protection level, rated output force, stroke, rated speed, and usage angle. Additionally, based on user-specific requirements, it can be equipped with three adjustment functions: speed adjustment, push/pull force adjustment, and stroke adjustment (positioning by stroke switch). Except for the three adjustment functions, which must be specified in writing when ordering, other parameters should be filled in according to the model compilation method, carefully detailing the six elements.
