Suspended Grinder Safety Operating Procedures

1. Before use, check whether the hanging object is secure.
2. When using for the first time, observe whether the motor is reversing. Under normal circumstances, the grinding sparks should spray towards the motor. If not, shut down immediately and check if the circuit is normal.
3. After starting the grinder, wait until it rotates smoothly before grinding. If the grinder vibrates significantly, stop and rectify it in time.
4. Do not apply excessive force during grinding.
5. According to the grinding wheel's instructions, choose a grinding wheel that matches the spindle speed of the grinder.
6. New grinding wheels must have a factory certificate or inspection test mark. If defects such as quality, hardness, granularity, or cracks are found before installation, do not use them.
7. When installing the grinding wheel, the clearance between the inner hole of the grinding wheel and the spindle should not be too tight. It should follow the technical requirements of a loose fit, generally controlled between 0.05?/FONT>0.10 millimeters.
