A Series Spring Test Bench

Purpose

Suitable for conducting deflection and stiffness tests on the primary springs of metro engineering vehicles.

Composition

Mainly consists of the body, hydraulic station, oil cylinder, pressure sensor, and displacement sensor, among others.

The test bench uses computer automatic control, measurement, recording, and printing of the free height, working height, spring stiffness, and static deflection of engineering vehicle springs. It automatically arranges positions based on working height, offering high automation and simple operation.
