Mining Flameproof and Intrinsically Safe Power Controller

The 0.25/127(A) Mining Explosion-proof and Intrinsically Safe Power Controller is a multifunctional mining product that integrates DC power output, on-site display, signal output, and control functions. It serves as a supporting product for mining level sensors, providing power, remote display, and signal output expansion for level sensors.

Basic Functions

Intrinsically Safe Power Supply

Wide input voltage range of 95-240VAC, output of 24VDC/0.5A, with overvoltage, overcurrent, and short-circuit protection. It resumes normal operation after external faults are resolved.

Signal Conversion, Display, and Output

Accepts 4-20mA current or 200-1000Hz frequency signals, converts and displays them according to the set range, and outputs separate 4-20mA current or 200-1000Hz frequency signals. Equipped with one RS485 communication port.

Upper and Lower Limit Alarm Control

Features one switch output port, allowing free setting of high and low alarm values within the range. The switch activates when the value exceeds the high limit or falls below the low limit.
