SFY-121°C Glass Granule Hydrolytic Resistance Tester Product Introduction

The SFJ-121°C Glass Granule Hydrolytic Resistance Testing Device is suitable for testing the hydrolytic resistance of glass materials. It allows for sample preparation of the glass material to be tested using a mortar and pestle made of quenched steel and stainless steel sieves. It also meets the requirements for 98°C glass granule hydrolytic resistance testing.

SFY-121°C Glass Granule Hydrolytic Resistance Tester Testing Principle

Break the test sample into fragments, take an appropriate amount and place it into the mortar. Insert the pestle and strike it forcefully with a hammer—only once. Transfer the glass from the mortar to the top sieve (O sieve) of the nested sieves. Repeat the above process. Shake the nested sieves with a sieve shaker (or manually) for 5 minutes. Transfer the glass granules that pass through sieve A but are retained on sieve B into a weighing bottle. The amount of glass granules should be more than 10g. Prepare a total of three portions of glass granules.
