It is a comprehensive manufacturing enterprise integrating precision mold development and design, injection molding of plastic products, blow molding of hollow plastic packaging containers, OEM processing of small household appliances, production and processing of EPS foam packaging products, screen printing, and spraying.

The company covers an area of over 50,000 square meters, with advanced standardized factory buildings and office facilities, and a construction area of over 40,000 square meters.

Depending on customer requirements, the company can customize various injection and blow-molded plastic products, precision injection and blow molds, hollow containers of different specifications, and EPS foam packaging products. It also provides services such as shell design and production, assembly and testing, spraying, packaging, and distribution for small household appliances.

The company has a 30,000-square-meter standardized factory building equipped with advanced manufacturing equipment and facilities, and has established modern assembly lines. As of May 2022, it operates over 60 automated precision injection molding machines (45g–6000g), 6 blow molding machines and bottle blowing machines, an assembly workshop with 10 hot stamping machines, 8 screen printing machines, 3 ultrasonic welding machines, and 2 laser engraving machines, a mold workshop with complete mold processing equipment, and an EPS foam production workshop with over 20 sets of foam product equipment (molding machines, pre-expanders). It also has a 2,000-square-meter QS workshop. Currently, the company can meet annual order demands of 1 million sets of soybean milk makers, 3 million sets of kettles, and 500,000 sets of blenders. The annual production capacity for injection-molded products is 18 million pieces, for blow-molded products is 30 million sets, and for EPS foam packaging products is 20 million sets.
