DLD/DLM Solid Flow Meter

The DLD/DLM solid flow meter is a quantitative feeding device for freely flowing bulk materials developed by our company based on the introduction, digestion, and absorption of Schenck's technology from Germany. This equipment features a compact design with a dust-proof housing, forming a sealed, inline metering system capable of continuous measurement, ensuring that the properties of the solid bulk materials do not affect the metering results. With its dust-proof and robust structure, the DLD/DLM, together with pre-feeding equipment such as bin scales, pre-feeders, and flow control valves, constitutes a complete feeding system that can also handle high-temperature materials. It is primarily suitable for applications where the material process requires sealing, installation is constrained, or other similar products cannot adapt due to factors like temperature. It is applicable for the metering and feeding control of powdered and granular materials in industries such as chemical, steel, metallurgy, power, building materials, coal, cement, mining, and light industry.
