Instrument Features:

a) All core components are imported, ensuring accurate testing and stable performance;

b) High precision, highly sensitive to low flow detection, high stability, with automatic temperature compensation function;

c) Simple pneumatic circuit connection, enabling quick installation and removal;

d) Simplified control panel design makes parameter setting easy to operate, test results clear at a glance, greatly reducing operational errors, low user cost. Utilizing the automatic control function of internal pneumatic valves, one-key automatic testing can be achieved under the control of the instrument's internal controller;

e) On-site calibration of pressure and flow is possible. The leak tester provides clear and straightforward calibration procedures, with a simple and fast calibration process. Calibration accuracy depends solely on the selected standard calibration equipment;

f) Rich I/O contacts, capable of connecting external control components (such as PLC, etc.) to form automatic detection equipment;

g) Multi-channel function, allowing presets of up to 32 sets of user configuration parameters. Each set can independently set test parameters, pressure and flow display units, decimal places, etc., easily handling tests for different products. These preset parameters can be selected via software (typically for manual operation) or rear panel coding selection (typically for remote control by devices like PLC). Channel parameters can be easily copied, pasted, or exported for archiving;

h) Test result recording function, capable of recording the latest 100,000 test results, or specifying a time for the instrument to automatically clear data before that time upon startup. Test results include rich content, such as the leak tester's model and serial number, test time, basic user configuration during testing, test data, test status, barcode information, etc.;

i) Test result statistics, filtering, export, and report printing functions. Filtered data can be directly stored in text format or Excel file format to the user's USB drive;

j) Rich communication interfaces, including:

v One non-isolated RS-232 serial communication interface

v Two RJ-45 10/100M Ethernet communication interfaces;

v USB HOST universal serial communication interface, with one on the front panel and two on the rear panel, all capable of connecting external devices such as USB drives, USB mice, USB keyboards, USB hubs, USB barcode scanners, USB printers, USB markers, etc.;

v Communication protocols can be customized according to customer requirements.

k) Optional external barcode scanner function for automatically reading current product information;

l) Rear manual pressure adjustment or built-in automatic electronic pressure adjustment (optional) function, flexible configuration, convenient for on-site operation and pressure adjustment;

m) Flexible selection between single test mode and continuous test mode;

n) Large touch screen display, dynamically presenting the entire test process with curves. Graphical interface is clear and easy to understand, supporting both Chinese and English display languages. Operable via touch, mouse, keyboard, or through front panel buttons and rear panel digital input switches;

o) Optional test process and test status voice broadcast function, using smooth and pleasant voice prompts. Users can adjust broadcast volume, customize broadcast content, supporting Chinese, English, and mixed Chinese-English text;

p) The instrument provides online help query function, facilitating users to quickly familiarize and use the instrument.
