Product Introduction:
This product is the latest auxiliary substitute for isoalkanol oleic acid soap. Triethanolamine oleate soap can efficiently and quickly remove polishing wax, oil stains, and other residues from the surfaces of various metal and plastic workpieces after grinding and polishing; it can also eliminate floating oil on the surface of cleaning tanks. Compared to other raw materials, it offers faster and more thorough wax removal and degreasing, stronger wetting, penetration, dissolution, and decomposition capabilities, lower mixing concentration, longer lasting effectiveness, superior anti-corrosion and anti-rust effects, brighter and spot-free workpiece surfaces after cleaning, and better rinsability.
Product Applications:
1. When combined with amide surfactants or C13 isopropanolamide, it produces a faster, superior, and high-end wax remover;
2. Ethylenediamine oleate, a nonionic surfactant, has good compatibility with other surfactants and strong dissolving power, commonly known as a powerful wax solvent;
3. The wax removal efficiency and speed of the dissolved product far surpass those of similar triethanolamine oleate soap 6503, etc. It offers better cleaning performance and durability than isoalkanol oleic acid soap, with no floating oil; it is easy to maintain, has a mild odor, and is a common raw material in the production of abrasives, rust inhibitors, polishing agents, and other products!

Applications: Saponification and emulsification in wax removers, rust prevention, grinding, dissolution of stearic acid, vaseline, decomposition of black carbon film, wax stain removal, and wax film degreasing. Ethylenediamine oleate, when combined with amide surfactants or C13 isopropanolamide and alkylamine ester OTE, yields an ultra-fast, non-corrosive wax remover. This active ionic surfactant has good compatibility with other anionic, cationic, and amphoteric surfactants, strong saponification and dissolution power, and is widely used in the development and application of products such as abrasives, rust inhibitors, wax removers, wax removal powders, brighteners, and lubricants.
The performance of ethylenediamine oleate far exceeds that of amine-based commercial products like triethanolamine oleate soap and 6503 cleaning agent. In industrial cleaners, it reduces the formation of floating oil on the surface of tank solutions; maintains the alkalinity balance of the tank solution, improves usage efficiency, reduces emissions, and is environmentally friendly.
