[Product Introduction]

Thermal Stabilizer CZ-D08M10 is a white powdery inorganic phosphate. This product is free of heavy metals, fully complies with EU ROHS and REACH regulations, and is suitable for non-flame-retardant or OP flame-retardant systems. It performs similarly to the German Bruggolen H10 nylon agent.

[Thermal Stabilization Principle]

Thermal Stabilizer CZ-D08M10 effectively resists thermal degradation and yellowing of polymers caused by high shear and high pressure during processing, inhibits the oxidation process of polymers, and thus provides color protection for the products.

[Recommended Usage and Precautions]

Recommended dosage of Thermal Stabilizer CZ-D08M10:

① Generally, adding 0.15% of the resin amount can meet the requirement of inhibiting yellowing during drying at 140°C/4h;

② To meet the requirement of 170°C/4h yellowing resistance, based on the resin proportion, CZ-D08M10 + phosphite ester = 0.3% + 0.3%, with PEP-36A and S-9228 being the preferred phosphite esters;

③ Using CZ-D08M10 in reinforced polymer systems significantly benefits the retention of secondary processing properties.

④ Generally, it is not recommended to exceed 0.5% of the resin proportion for CZ-D08M10, as excessive addition may cause burning at the end of the flow path in large molded parts;

⑤ This product should not be used in bromine-antimony flame-retardant systems, as it may cause discoloration;

[Product Packaging, Transportation, and Storage]

This product is packaged in paper-plastic composite bags, 25KG per bag. It should be transported and stored as a general chemical raw material. After opening, please seal and store it at room temperature for up to two years.
