Product Description: NIKO Niko Pneumatic Bellows Control Valve; composed of a multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator and a bellows-sealed regulating valve body. The valve cover uses a double seal of bellows and packing, fundamentally eliminating the possibility of medium leakage. It is suitable for flow and pressure control of highly corrosive, flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, or precious media, and can also be used in vacuum applications.
NIKO Niko Pneumatic Bellows Control Valve Structural Features:The valve body adopts German coated sand casting technology, greatly improving the surface finish and mechanical properties of the valve body, reducing the occurrence of pores, sand holes, and cracks, and enhancing the tensile strength of the casting. Removable valve seat allows for individual replacement, making maintenance more convenient! Double seal design (bellows + packing) completely solves the problem of valve stem leakage caused by friction between the valve stem and packing. Extra-long metal bellows provide longer service life and greater safety. All bellows are 100% tested with ammonia gas, and all valves are 100% tested to standard, ensuring zero leakage. Essentially, a protective membrane is added outside the sealing element to prevent corrosive media from directly contacting the sealing element. Moreover, when the medium pressure increases, the bellows extend accordingly, reducing the impact of the medium on the sealing surface. In highly corrosive media conditions, a double bellows structure can be used for sealing, eliminating medium leakage, ensuring excellent sealing performance and long service life.
