Product Description: NIKO Niko steam separator is a pressure vessel structure made of carbon steel or stainless steel. It must be installed on a horizontal pipeline with the drain outlet vertically downward. All sizes of steam separators come with mounting brackets to reduce pipeline load. To ensure rapid discharge of separated liquid, a suitable set of drain valves should be connected to the drain outlet at the bottom of the steam separator. This type of valve should generally be installed horizontally in the pipeline. The steam separator uses a rapid change in steam flow direction to separate steam from suspended water droplets, improving product quality and production efficiency. It provides high-dryness steam to steam equipment, enhancing thermal efficiency and reducing impact force in the pipeline. It effectively prevents water hammer, and the separated condensate is discharged through the drain valve at the bottom of the steam separator.
