I. Application Fields

Suitable for quantitative analysis of carbon and sulfur elements in materials such as steel and its alloys in industries including steel, metallurgy, casting, machinery, chemical, mining, construction, environmental protection, as well as universities, research institutes, and quality supervision departments.

II. Main Features

1. Integrated structural design reduces pipeline and cable transmission, ensuring stable test results and low failure rate.

2. Gas volumetric method for automatic carbon determination with liquid absorption, and iodometric method for manual titration sulfur determination.

3. New anti-interference single-chip microcomputer control circuit eliminates arc ignition interference, with stable and reliable performance, simple and convenient operation.

4. Key setting for multiple modes of high and low carbon in steel and iron, automatic saving, avoiding unreliable contact caused by switch switching.

5. Carbon measurement adopts the independently designed automatic zero recognition technology, greatly improving carbon measurement sensitivity and accuracy.

6. Imported precision sensors detect data, with measurement results displayed digitally for direct reading.
