I. Main Uses and Features:
1. This instrument is used for rapid analysis and quality control of molten iron composition at the foundry furnace front. It features anti-electromagnetic interference, dustproof, ultra-thin portable design, economical and practical, with simple operation.
2. It operates through an improved evaluation method, automatically controlling key metallurgical parameters. It compensates for the inability of "spectroscopy" to accurately measure non-metallic elements (C, Si) and the failure of conventional analytical instruments to meet the time requirements for rapid furnace front analysis, fulfilling the quality control needs of foundry production.
3. The instrument uses high-brightness, large-size LED digital display, allowing easy reading of measurement data from the LED screen even in dim light.
4. The instrument automatically measures gray and white solidified cast iron, eliminating manual operation. It can connect to external output devices for signals and measurement data (large remote displays, signal lights, computers, printers).
