Instrument Introduction
The LC-9610 Optical Emission Spectrometer is a rapid quantitative analysis instrument for determining the composition of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Main Features
1. 750mm focal length grating design, Paschen-Runge mounting, high vacuum, high resolution, and high sensitivity.
2. The electronic system adopts an international standard crate design with highly integrated circuits, resulting in a low failure rate.
3. The excitation source frequency is adjustable between 150/600Hz, allowing selection of different excitation parameters for different samples to achieve optimal analysis results.
4. Solid-state auxiliary electrodes for the excitation source eliminate interference issues, enhance stability, and require no adjustment.
5. During sample excitation, no water cooling of the excitation stand is required, enabling continuous sample analysis while maintaining good data quality.
6. Multi-element automatic tracing allows rapid analysis of deviations of each element relative to the matrix elements.
7. Channel negative high voltage is divided into 8 levels and automatically adjusted by the computer, greatly improving channel utilization and the optimal linear range of analytical spectral lines for different materials, reducing the number of channels required and lowering costs.
8. Overall temperature control measures for the optical section ensure normal instrument operation, reducing environmental requirements.
9. High-precision linear motors are used for slit scanning, providing high speed and accuracy.
10. The vacuum chamber is made of aluminum alloy in a single molding process.
11. Seismic-resistant design of the spectrometric chamber, with critical optical components such as gratings and slits dynamically mounted for high optical stability.
12. A built-in fatigue lamp in the spectrometric chamber enhances the stability of photomultiplier tubes, eliminates dead time, improves the signal-to-noise ratio, and extends service life.
