HSY-2361C Rust Preventive Grease Humidity Cabinet Tester

The HSY-2361C Rust-Preventive Grease Damp Heat Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB/T2361-92. It is used to evaluate the rust prevention performance of rust-preventive greases on metals using the damp heat test method.

I. Main Performance Features:

1. The rust-preventive grease damp heat tester has a split structure, consisting of an upper damp heat tester and a lower data cabinet. It can be placed on a workbench for use as needed or used in combination.

2. The rust-preventive grease damp heat tester includes a specimen rotating rack, rotating mechanism, receiving tray, clutch device, air supply device (buffer filter tank), air pump and flow meter. It also features heating adjustment devices, a temperature control system, and a humidity meter. An exhaust adjustment device is also provided.

3. All mechanical parts and devices inside the chamber are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel.

II. Technical Parameters:

1. Operating power supply: 220V  50Hz

2. The specimen rotating rack can hold 32 specimens and rotates at a speed of 1/3 revolution per minute.

3. Temperature at the specimen hanging point: 49°C ± 1°C.

4. Relative humidity inside the chamber: above 95%.

5. Air inflow rate: Standard requires approximately 3 times the chamber volume per hour. Based on calculations, the air flow meter is selected with Q = 0.1–1 m³/h, meeting standard requirements.

6. The bottom of the chamber contains 200 mm deep distilled water with a pH of 5.5–7.5. For clear visibility of the water level, a set of liquid level gauges is installed on the chamber, and a supplementary water tank is provided at the rear.

7. The damp heat chamber uses six 800W stainless steel heating tubes, employing both main and auxiliary heating.

8. The damp heat chamber should be placed in a clean environment, free from the influence of corrosive gases such as sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, chlorine gas, ammonia gas, etc. The ambient temperature should be maintained between 15°C and 35°C.

9. The damp heat chamber is opened for inspection every 24 hours. It is equipped with a special 999-hour timer that alerts every 24 hours.

10. The chamber heating and stabilization time is ≤180 minutes, with temperature automatically controlled at 49°C ± 1°C using cold air.
