HSY-3536L Fully Automatic Asphalt Open Cup Flash and Fire Point Tester

The HSY-3536L fully automatic asphalt open flash point and fire point tester is suitable for determining the flash point and fire point of petroleum products and asphalt, excluding fuel oil and petroleum products with an open flash point below 79°C, in accordance with the methods specified in the national standard GB/T3536 "Determination of Flash and Fire Points of Petroleum Products (Cleveland Open Cup Method)" and the national industry standard JTJ052 "Test Procedures for Highway Engineering Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures" under T0611 "Asphalt Flash and Fire Point Test (Cleveland Open Cup Method)". The asphalt fire point is a reference indicator for construction safety, hence the instrument incorporates both parameters as per the method. This instrument can be widely used in the petroleum, railway, aviation, power, and highway industries; as well as in related universities, research institutes, oil testing, asphalt testing units, and departments for detecting the open cup flash and fire points of petroleum products. It is an ideal substitute for similar imported instruments.

I. Main Technical Features and Functions

1. The instrument features a large color LCD screen display, touch-screen keyboard, and a fully Chinese human-machine dialogue interface. It provides prompt menus and guided input for parameters such as expected flash point, sample number, atmospheric pressure, and test date.

2. It simulates and displays the functional curve of temperature rise versus test time, includes Chinese error operation software prompts for modification, and offers parameter prompts for test date and test time.

3. Dual-purpose: it can automatically and as required complete the detection of sample flash point and fire point. For asphalt flash point detection, if a film forms on the liquid surface, the instrument has an automatic film-breaking and flash point detection function.

4. Equipped with an RS232 serial communication interface, it can connect externally to USB, store 256 sets of historical data, communicate with a computer, and save test results in large capacity. Special orders can also enable network remote communication.

5. Automatically corrects for the influence of atmospheric pressure on the test and calculates the correction value.

6. Differential detection with automatic system deviation correction.

7. Automatically completes sweeping, detection, and printing of data; the test arm automatically rises and falls.              

8. Uses electronic ignition gas flame; after each test, automatic forced air cooling shortens waiting time.

9. Designed with a safety fire extinguishing cover, which automatically extinguishes the fire after the fire point detection is completed.
