HSY-213 Automatic Foam Needle Penetrometer

The penetrometer automatically measures a material's resistance to penetration by a specially shaped test head. The harder the test material, the sharper and more needle-like the test head becomes.

The test head is suitable for determining the consistency and plasticity of pastes, creams, or high-viscosity samples. It can be used for materials such as fine solid particles, powders, colloids, gels, as well as food ingredients like cheese, gum, butter, margarine, cream, and fermented products. It is widely applicable in the food industry, transportation and highway engineering, and other industrial sectors.

I. Main Features

1. Suitable for asphalt, wax, and other relatively hard samples.

2. The instrument mainly consists of a chassis frame, touch display, lead screw lifting system, constant temperature control system, cone linkage assembly, and displacement measurement system.

3. Utilizes computer control technology to automatically complete the cone penetration test, displaying the results automatically after the experiment.

4. Features a touch-screen human-machine interface with intuitive display, rich content, and convenient operation.

5. The system can store 200 sets of data, which can be viewed directly on the touch screen or exported via USB data transfer. It also includes a built-in 485 interface (MODBUS protocol) for real-time data networking.

7. Automatic lifting structure ensures smooth and precise positioning. Uses knob encoder switches and lifting button switches, driven by a stepper motor to achieve high-precision adjustment for rapid lifting.

8. The instrument integrates a constant temperature water bath with cooling and heating functions, employing semiconductor cooling technology and PID control algorithm. Temperature control accuracy reaches ±0.1°C, meeting national standards for temperature requirements.

9. Self-developed computer control software enables communication with computers and holds a software copyright certificate, numbered 6097415.

10. Utilizes a high-precision laser displacement sensor with a split structure, ensuring no friction during the cone rod descent.
