HSY-0193C Lubricating Oil Oxidation Tester (Metal Bath)

The HSY-0193C Lubricating Oil Oxidation Tester (Metal Bath) is designed and manufactured in accordance with the Chinese petrochemical industry standard SH/T0193 "Test Method for Oxidation Characteristics of Lubricating Oils." It is suitable for evaluating the oxidation characteristics of new and in-service turbine oils with the same composition (base oil and additives).

II. Performance Features

1. The instrument features a 7-inch industrial touchscreen display, offering stable performance and simple operation.

2. Automatic Temperature Control: Upon startup, enter the parameter interface, set to 150°C, return to the main interface, and click to start temperature control.

3. Automatic Leak Detection: After oxygen filling is completed, the instrument automatically checks for leaks.

4. Real-Time Test Curve Recording: During the test, the screen displays a pressure vs. time graph for easy observation and recording.

5. Automatic Peak Pressure Detection: When pressure reaches its peak, the instrument automatically identifies and records the maximum pressure.

6. Automatic Test Termination: When pressure changes meet the standard termination criteria, the instrument automatically ends the test, records oxidation time and pressure conditions, and stores and generates a curve for observation.

7. High level of automation significantly reduces manual operation.

8. The instrument includes temperature protection; it automatically powers off if the temperature exceeds the set limit.

9. Capable of conducting two sets of experiments simultaneously for parallel observation, and includes a small winding machine for test preparation.
