HSY-61 Series High and Low Temperature Thermostatic Bath

     The fully enclosed compact high and low temperature constant temperature bath is an integrated temperature control device for both cooling and heating. It is widely used in research departments such as petroleum, chemical industry, electronic instrumentation, physics, chemistry, bioengineering, medical and health, life science, light industry and food, physical property testing, and chemical analysis, as well as in higher education institutions, enterprise quality control and production departments. It provides users with a thermally and cold controlled, uniformly constant temperature field source for work, enabling constant temperature testing or evaluation of experimental samples or manufactured products. It can also serve as a direct or auxiliary heat source or cold source for heating or cooling.

I. Main Features:

1. Fully enclosed circulation system prevents mist generation at high temperatures.

2. Utilizes a concealed constant temperature method, achieving temperature uniformity of ±0.2°C.

3. Employs a temperature control system with a large LCD screen and PID control, significantly improving the overall temperature control accuracy. The microcomputer automatically switches between cooling and heating based on the set temperature, simplifying operation procedures and avoiding damage from misuse.

4. The entire liquid circulation is sealed and equipped with an expansion vessel, preventing oil mist at high temperatures and minimizing the use of high-temperature circulation silicone oil, effectively reducing operating costs.

5. The fully enclosed pipeline system is largely isolated from external oxygen, reducing the oxidation of heat transfer oil, and is equipped with a unique oil mist cooling function.

6. Wide operating temperature range with both heating and cooling capabilities, temperature range: -25°C to 200°C.

7. Ensures rapid cooling at high temperatures, enabling continuous temperature control from 200°C to -25°C, with a cooling rate of up to 10°C/min.

8. Over-temperature protection and alarm system enhance equipment safety.

9. Touch-sensitive buttons for easy operation, equipped with a drainage outlet for convenient waste liquid disposal.

10. The device can be paired with 1L, 3L, or 5L double-layer glass reaction vessels or homogenizers.
